How do I get a proof of delivery?
Call Customer Service at 866-946-3927 and one of our CS team members will be happy to e-mail or fax a proof of delivery to you.
How do I get a copy of my invoice?
Copies of invoices can be obtained through your e-commerce site, or by calling Customer Service at 866-946-3927.
How do I get an MSDS sheet?
MSDS sheets for most products can be found on our e-commerce site in the product catalog. Here you will find MSDS sheets, product spec sheets as well as links to vendor websites. Customer Service can also provide MSDS sheets. Call 866-946-3927 for assistance.
Where is my order?
Package orders usually have a specific delivery day. Bulk orders are typically delivered in a 3-5 day window after placing your order. Order inquiries can be made by calling Customer Service at 866-946-3927.

What if I get the wrong item?
Order accuracy is very important to Windward Petroleum. In the event you receive the wrong item, please call Customer Service at 866-946-3927 and the problem will be rectified.
I received my order, but an item is missing. Why? What do I do?
On occasion, product availability may affect your order. If an item is shorted on our side, we will be calling you in the AM of delivery to alert you. If you have not received that call, please call Customer Service at 866-946-3927 for assistance.
How do I set up an account?
Setting up an account with Windward Petroleum is simple. All necessary forms are found at www.windwardpetroleum.com From the site, click on the “Credit Application” link and fill out the forms. Return these forms to Windward Petroleum via fax or email and you should have your account established within 24 hours. Customer Service can assist if you have questions.
How do I pay my bill?
Windward Petroleum offers many ways to pay your bill. We accept MasterCard, VISA and American Express. You can also pay by check when your driver arrives. If you have credit terms, you will find the address to mail payment on your invoice. Remember to reference your invoice number on the payment to ensure accuracy.
How do I reach my sales person?

Product selection is very critical in this business. Windward Petroleum has a well trained Sales and Customer Service team that should be able to assist in product selection. We work closely with the support teams of all our vendors to ensure proper product selection.
