Dear Blue DEF Tote Customer:

Please be advised the deposit on both 275 Gal. and 330 Gal. Totes will increase from $100.00 to $200.00 per tote.

We wish to keep our Blue DEF bulk price at the most competitive possible and getting our totes back in a condition to be refilled allow us to pass on these favorable economics.

Totes that are currently in service and returned will be reimbursed at the prevailing deposit price of $100.00.  Totes delivered after January 1, 2012 will be assessed a $200.00 deposit and will be reimbursed the same upon their return.  Totes delivered after December 31, 2011 will be labeled with the new tote deposit.

As a reminder to ensure your tote deposit to be returned to you please adhere to the following tote handing processes:

• Empty Totes Stored In Doors In Dry Environment
• No Other Fluids Added To or Stored In Empty Totes
• No External or Internal Damage To Plastic Bottle or Metal Protective Cage
• Bottom and Top Seals Not Broken
• Stainless Steel Coupling Valve In Place and Not Broken
