Louis J. Demaio
Mr. Louis J. DeMaio is the Northern Regional Vice President of Sales for the PVL division. Mr. DeMaio joined Windward in October 1999 when Bailey Distributing was acquired by Windward. Lou served as Vice President of Sales/Operations at Bailey Distributing. During his 23 years at Bailey Distributing, Mr. DeMaio developed a strategy that grew the sales portfolio from $5M to $34M. Bailey Distributing was positioned as the Premier Lubricant Distributor in New England. Prior to Bailey, Mr. DeMaio was Branch Manager of Borg Warner Acceptance, where he managed a 15M wholesale financing portfolio. Mr. DeMaio participates in numerous community activities and fundraising projects to benefit organizations such as, Easter Seals, Salvation Army, and the Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Mr. DeMaio graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration & Management.
David Fenderson
David Fenderson is the National Vice-President of the Transport and Industrial lubricants sales organization for Windward Petroleum. Prior to joining Windward Petroleum, Mr. Fenderson was a marketer principle at Maine Lubrication Service. Maine Lubrication Service, a $50,000,000 lubricants marketer in New England, was acquired by Windward Petroleum in December 2004. David Fenderson believes that by aligning our sales organization by product line specialty, Windward Petroleum will be able to out pace the competition by creating unique value propositions for customers to include used oil analysis, eningeering services, and a variety of educational and ancillary product offerings. Our objective is to anticipate our customer's needs and deliver solutions. Mr. Fenderson is a 1985 graduate of Hobart College and is a member of STLE as a Certified Lubricant Specialist (CLS).
